I don't think this was a fair assessment. Rich's interest in working
on bugs relates to:
1) Whether or not it is important
2) Whether or not he can quickly fix it.
In the case of SFW, I don't know if anyone sent a bug report which
said "this compltely breaks the magic system as bad as the old
tap/potion way of getting aura". In the case of the movement bug and
the teleport bug, #2 delayed the fix. For movement, his code was weird
enough that he couldn't see it, and for teleport, he looked under
Teleport instead of Teleport Item.
In short, send high quality bug reports, and you'll get better
service. Healing potions were fixed a week after I sent in a high
quality bug report.
