Why don't they (Rich) do like in TAG.
Factions who are inactive for more then let's say 8 turns, will
have a QUIT in their orders and the owner will be notified in
advance. This should work, no ? Then we would have a good
view of the situation.

BTW : I think the sky for Oleg (not Greg) looks rather red or black.
