Let me get this straight.

You sent Codric a message that he was toast, war is hell, etc. You then
attacked his new faction.

He, naturally, expressed outrage over this action, especially since one
of the suggested missions of the attack was to make Yellowleaf safe for

You attacked his new faction and express surprise that he wanted to exact
revenge. You attacked his new faction and then are surprised he became
your enemy.

Is that a correct interpretation of what you wrote?
