Dear Erik,

I think it is not supposed to be a bug but I also wonder
why there are still so many obstacles to settle or trade
in those lands after all the trouble reaching them. Why
going there? There is not too much to gain after all.
It would add much more fun to the game specially for
new factions like me to seek the (hopefully) still unclaimed
land and try to settle. But if you have to wait for all your
nobles learning all the necessary skills you grow old.
And who can afford to maintain all the troops you need
just to get and stay in lands like fearie without exploiting
traderoutes?
Definetly not a new faction.
