Cospera is a city in TIB territory. Nothing special about it though.
Someone before had a "Sword of Kior." Kior is a city in HoL territory. I
think some random names were used for cities and items. Makes it a little
more interesting.

It should be good at attracting angry peasant mobs, but you can never
persuade a noble while wearing it. :)
