He's already thrown out a couple. Please don't make up motivations and
assign them to people, it's extremely rude. Most of the long-time players
in the game remember the years when Rich ran the game for free; he
is not money-hungry and happy to ignore cheaters to make more money.

There are several large alliances which like to use hotmail accounts
(not mine). This skews any statistics you might want to claim.
Outlawing all hotmail accounts would be silly.
