Credit or checks: if you are creating a clone out of "whole cloth"
[as it were], yes, there'd be further evidence get "caught" on. But
if the cheater is using other _real_people_ to "front" for him, he
would give them the game fee(s) up front so that they could mail
in checks or use credit cards at no expense to the "front" folk.
