Hi,
I know that fairy hill inner locations can come and go as far
as being visible in a province, but what kind of time table
contols this?
Also, how does elfstone help find these hills, if not visible,
but known to be there?
Once found by exploring or such are they permanently on your
visible list like a hidden location that has been found?
