New Nobles are set to the behind status of their creator.
I had a noble set to behind 5. He created a new noble last turn. The new
noble was created with a behind setting of 5.
I assumed all nobles were set to behind 0 when formed, but that isn't the
case. I might have had this noble running around for months, inadvertently
stacking behind when i wanted him in front.
Not a big bug, but a bug none the less.
