RE: NP bug fixed

As a matter of fact, I don't think the NP got deducted. He missed one
school of magic when he tried to eat the brain, and the NP wasn't
deducted for this. It still can be that the action "just failed" but now
it is uncertain (I hope not anyway). The owner of the brains(me)
recieved the NP's back like it would have been a lay to rest that was
performed.

I think Rich has build in a lot of "GOD-functions", remember how he
destroyed the rogue garrison and the boat in the Yellowleaf province. I
think there are other examples I am not aware of. Maybe the "makemegod"
function is really valid :)) ? Or "Pot_of_Gold" ??? Or for Andrew Penny
"Gimme_Elite_Guards"? :)
