RE: NP bug fixed

But will Ruben then receive the spells?

It is not the fix that counts for Ruben, it are the spells he is worried
about. Off course the bug should be fixed, but it isn't enough.

The mage he 'took over' was mine and he studied over 50 turns, not
always at full speed, but fast enough and with enough effort. I recieved
my 7 NP's back but I'd hate it to see all that effort get wasted.

I don't think that it would be a problem for Rich with such expertise of
programming tactics to adapt the code/database to give a player what he
is entitled to. What is the harm to the game to just enter the database
and add the spells to the noble? It isn't taking the game out of
balance, it is straighting out the consequences of a bug.

I agree with the text in the players manual that if you don't like bugs
not to play, but this is really annoying and takes the fun out of the
game.
