Silence is defeaning?? This would have to be the most public war
since the Gulf War. We've been publishing most battles.
Peter Arnedt from CNN was going to cover it but he got recalled.
Something about falsifying stories or something.
A few more updates. The Sunspear Palace in the coastal city of
Rhonius was razed recently by the Red Archers under Qi Xylarn with
help from Merlin. Some Lords were killed (RIP One-eye and Ganawid) in
the assault and Qi suffered an intense bout of honour and actually
released a prisoner (Grazth, after his style last month he deserved a
break.)
The Lords as usual showed their lack of style by sailing into the
city with a force under Admiral Cain, looking threatening for a
while and then leaving stealing one of our ships. Very heroic!!
The Lords seem to be on a garrison bashing spree around dm60-59.
Several ships have been landing and raiding the garrisons.
The Lords are fortifying Twilight City at df55 well inside Harn
Territory and even have a half built castle in there. Cheeky but very
stylish. Admiral Cain should take note.
Unfortunately one of their quarriers (one Rimshot) went up the
mountain to get some stone and never came back. How sad.
Jander Sunstar, the Lords assassin working in the Horselands now has
two kills to his credit. Snatching Kerek in the middle of Sudshire
with heaps of other nobles and men around was amazing and has to get
my vote for gutsiest manuever in the game so far. Assuming it wasn't
an accident:-)
The siege at Greton drags on another month. Someone should work out
how long it has been going but I think it is the longest siege in G2
history.
The Draconian Alliance or the Crimson Dragons or whatever they are
called now seem to be giving the Lords clandestine aid. Lords ships
have been scried loading Dragon troops on Camaris and then attacking
Eastern Harn. Not very kosher boys. If you have a beef with PLATO the
border is just a bit to your east.
Any way Steaky Beaks I hope that satisfies you all. Need any more
