Eric, if you are referring to me, no I haven't bribed him yet. The
contract ran out, and I didn't have any Persuasion nobles. I was planning
on bribing him back in two or three turns. (For everyone else's info, he
move out of the cities and 5 provinces way in just ~10 turns.)

I completely agree with everyone. This should be fixed, and asap.
