If I recall well , the question was not about newbies,
trading and resource collection. I heard not ONE complaint
about the laws and edicts in LotC territory.

The problem is the rudeness by which PLATO members keep
obtruding themself on Provinia, which conflicts with the
treaty. (spirit of the treaty , huh ?! )
