Please don't. I use Hotmail for its convenience and there are better
ways of handling this sort of thing. You can allow the mailing list to
accept posts only from members of the list, those being the e-mail
accounts of players. Then the obvious way to insure civility among the
participants is to remove from play, those that offend (after sufficient
warning, my book.)
