Well, either Seehawk pulled off the PR stunt of the year by posting abunch of
hand-crafted orders or his real orders never made it to the
parser and his faction ran on whatever orders were left in the queue
from turn 57. It didn't look like there were any looming disasters but
it does bring new meaning to the term Seehawk. I nominate it for
the OT Pulitzer.
