Re: item names and types?

Some items can't be re-named. An example is an "orb," which is always an
orb. If it has a non-descriptive name, then it might be a player created
item. See the Artifact Construction school for details (attack, defense,
archery, auraculum, palantir).

If you still can't figure it out, you could always 'use' the item.
