Olympia G2 Support?

I have looked through the rules and they seem to indicate that the proper
place to send email about bugs and other problems is support@pbm.com. I and
one of my Olympia G2 colleagues have sent messages about a variety of bugs/
problems/general questions over the course of the past five weeks. We have
received a response to any of inquiries. Is the proper address for Olympia
questions? Has anyone else had a similar experience to this? Does Rick
Skrenta, or whoever is supposed to be reading this email, only answer a
message
if he plans on taking action on it? Can anyone let me know what is going on?
