In G1 I don't think trade made up much of any factions income. In G2
this does not seem to be the case. Did it swing to far? Maybe, we need
more bandits in the game to keep the traders from taking all the gold
home. This of course would not result in sherrifs but world war. So we
are back to letting the traders go.

Does questing result in higher income now that the quest locations
regenerate? Of course they do.

So now factions can earn more money buy not holding land if they can
arrange safe passage. Not everyone should have to be land owners. Or
should we all play the game using just ONE mold.

Maybe trade income is a bit high, maybe the trade runs should have short
life spans. But this game as a hole is very very young.
