The issue at hand is still whether we want peace, or a global war.
I'm encouraged by the TIBS proposal, but I am not encouraged by what
I see as some people saying "Great idea Keith, but I'm not going
to give in on *my* stance. I'm right and everyone else is wrong."
None of the pricipals in this escapade is lily-white. If all concerned
fall back into pointing out the mud on their opponents' lapels,
then there will never be peace.
