I seem to remember a chart in the rules that refered to cyclops as "man-like".
Like Bandits or pirates or other man-like creatures you could come across in a
quest. It would stand to reason that they couldn't be breeded if this is the
case.
Also, I don't know if you noticed that cyclops are not on the list of beasts
that can be used in battle, so I'm not sure what good breeding them would be
anyway :-)
