Greetings fellow Olympians,

Due to the increasing number of traders visiting the cities of the Kingdom
of Cragstan, the following laws are now in effect. You can also find them posted
at our household (address below).

a) All transactions in rare tradegoods must be specificly authorized. In order
to receive authorization, the applicant must submit to the HoL the exact amout
of the rare tradegood to be bought/sold on a turn by turn basis. Unless
specifically authorized, dealing in rare tradegoods without the authorization is
illegal and carries a heavy fine.
b) No interference in the rare tradegood market is allowed. The House of
Lords does it best to mantain a good supply of rare tradegoods both bought and
sold in its cities. Therefore it is illegal to use any of the Trade subskills by
non-HoL members. Anyone interfering with the rare tradegood market is subject to
incarceration.
c) Due to the considerable effort necessary to create a profitable
traderoute, all transactions of a rare tradegood made in the Kingdom's cities
are subject to a 15% tax of the total amount transacted to be paid to the local
HoL representative.

Please note that these laws aren't there to make your life difficult. They
are there to protect the interests of all traders so that they can count on
stable markets that won't be ruined by the occasional passer by and that their
plans won't be spoiled because someone happened to buy all of a tradegood offer
before them and therefore ruined its turn. All applications for tradegood
interactions are considered and the offer is distributed among the applicants
equally wether or not they are HoL members.

Live long and Prosper!
