PLATO believes that the Yellowleaf safe-haven and neighboring areas
should not be controlled by any power who claims local resources for
themselves first and newbies second. We encourage alliances with
claims adjacent to Yellowleaf to expand towards the safe-haven, but we
would like to work out a system to guarantee that no one will "own"
provinces close to the safe-haven. Please drop me a line to discuss
