Before everyone gets bizarre or unhelpful, note that this guy
is in Belgium, and that checking accounts and credit cards
just aren't the same as they are in the US. The answer is:
don't panic. Rich doesn't cut anyone off when he hasn't had time
to answer their questions. Continue to play, and he'll
give you an account number when he gets around to it.
Postal money orders are still possibly a good idea, wire transfers
generally incur a rather large fee.
