Yea, well, putting too much stock in the rumor mill can get you killed
faster than swallowing lana bark.
_Always_ validate your sources. A dozen good visions or scries go a long
way towards rumor control.
Having spoken with many people, it's my impression that Provinians in
general feel a peace overature is a sign of weakness.
It _can_ be that. But it could also be good old altruism. Tough call.
Decide for yourself, naturally, but I'd sure hate to make the wrong choice...
