Keep the 1% per turn death rate, but vary the number of offspring produced
during breeding based on the number of breeding pairs in the Beastmaster's
possession. Say, 1 offspring for every 5 breeding pairs. For example, 4
horses gets you 1 new horse, 12 horses (6 pairs) gets you 2 new horses.
