I had a noble renounce loyalty to me due to lack of honoring, and am
wanting to try and get him back. He was a 2 NP noble. Currently I have 1
free NP. I am wondering if I reacquire him (through Persuasion/Bribery or
terrorizing), do I get back my NP first (ie, the 2 that are invested in
him), and then pay out the NP I need to get him (ie, the 2 noble points).
I'm wondering if I can try and get him back now (with only 1 free NP), or
if I have to wait until I have 2 free Noble Points to attempt to do this?
