No, they should have helped the German people put their country back
together. Gee, that's what *they* did. Well, the Soviets hung around
and ruled with an iron fist for another 40 years, but the Good Guys
turned rule back over as quickly as they could.

This isn't usenet, and they *did* give us the opening to suggest that
they should act like the western forces, and not the Communists.
