If you have all your reports in a single location you can run
searches like grep '2844:' * and get a transaction history for
that garrison. (the : is important.) Or you can just
ungarrison/garrison and get everything they have at the cost
of two days. Or you can take 2844 78 0/give 2844 78 0 to see
how much stone they have, etc. Of course you can see all the
troops, beasts, etc. unless it's foggy. Garrisons can hold
gold and will use it to pay troops if a month's tax income
can't support all the troops. Or at least they would in g1.
If you make a habit of storing stuff in garrisons you will
eventually get burned like the Crimson Citadel. Thanks for
