An unrelated question:
Since a garrison must be located in the outermost location
of a province, does this mean I dont have to attack and kill
a city's garrison before I attempt to gain control of a
province which contains a city.
Would building the castle inside or outside the city make
any difference to this?
okay .. a final question:
has anyone discovered a way of stopping savages continually
arriving in a province and attacking? I've tried freeing
captives, beating drums and just about everything in between.
Anyone know the going price of drums btw?
(I seem to have collected a few:)
