1: Why do I get a seperate section in my turn report for
some inner locations (example city, sewer, tunnel) and not
others such as caves and structures.
2: I though (based on the rules web page, section "olympian
geography/Inside a city") that inner structures had to
be entered to see who was in it, yet every time a ship
sails into port I get a full listing of it's occupants.
I think (although have not checked to confirm) that I am
also seeing at least the owner of other structures.
