I have sent several inquiries to that address, and received (in some
cases lengthy and detailed) replies to most of them. Rich is a busy
guy, with a job and a life outside Olympia. He does his best, but can't
get to everything. Although I find this frustrating at times, I feel
that since $2.50 per turn is such a bargain in the PBM/PBEM world I'm
not going to complain much.

In my experience, Rich tends to not respond to questions that can be
answered by reading the rules. Also, if he receives a lot of email on
one topic (like common magic these days I imagine) he doesn't respond
personally to all of them. He also tends not to respond to questions
that can be answered through game experience. In other words, read the
rules, and try things first.

Rich, since I've defended your honor so eloquently, can I have a noble
point? <g>
