When I study I am too busy to play, but when I can build boats I will be too busy building to play.
So when does the work stop and the play begin? What do you mean I have to decide that for myself? Who made that rule?

Upon the announcement of the withdrawal of the Lords of the Crown from Provinia, the Rimmon Musketeers agreed to a ten turn truce. The Lords of the Crown stated they would raze all of their castles during their withdrawal. We invited interested parties to join us in negotiating a partition agreement for the lands occupied by the Lords of the Crown, to form a strong basis for peace in the region. A fair, reasonable agreement was reached with the alliances and factions that came to the table. However, we then learned that the Lords of the Crown had decided to transfer control of their two strongest castles, Adbar and Toppe, to 'independent' factions. We invited these new factions to participate in the partition negotiation, but they refused, and stated their intent to control and hold those castles and lands as sole factions.
One of these 'independent' factions is the latest incarnation of the infamous Mad Dog, who lately has worked for the Atalan alliance. The other is a player connected to Camaris alliances. They are simply cat's paws of the (former) Lords of the Crown, attempting to maintain control and influence in southeastern Provinia.
The truce has ended. The Musketeers remain at war. We will evict these squatters and any others from southeastern Provinia. The Duchy of Aquilonia, the Greyfell Lords, and Eldrad's Loyalists are now allied with us in this cause. Once hositle forces have been evicted from these lands, we and our allies will implement the partition agreement already made.
