The Brotherhood of the Red God is currently unavailable for major work due to the large number of contracts we are engaged in. The Brotherhood is looking for new Warriors and other nobles who wish to take the Oath of the Brotherhood. The Brotherhood accepts individual nobles as well as whole factions into the order. If you are looking for a life of action and adventure then join the Brotherhood and see the world maybe even other worlds. Promotion for brave and resourceful men is quick and the spoils of war are large.
Distance is not an object as we are currently operating in most areas of Provinia and some of the other continents. Transport can be arranged.
Please visit our web site at www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/1843/borg.html or contact us at asgardian@bigfoot.com

Musketeer War Rules
The lands south of row cn and east of column 44, claimed by the Musketeers or the Lords of the Crown, are a War Zone. Unknown nobles in the War Zone will be attacked by Musketeer forces without notice.
Musketeer lands from cn north on Provinia are a Secure Zone. Unknown nobles will identify themselves immediately. Lack of response or unsatisfactory explanations will result in capture of said nobles.
Neutral factions operating around Rimmon are ordered to confine their activities to the area within two provinces of Rimmon. Within that area, resource collection is open to all as per usual.
I am available to answer any questions.

Rumors
The following is a list of the major alliances active in each of Olympia's twelve regions. This information has been gleaned from the Times, the g2-list, alliance web pages, and through submissions from various contributors. Some of it may be seriously out of date. There may also be any number of small groups or independents in most of these regions. The only single faction noted, Banquo's Ghost on Ormos, is listed due to his acknowledged membership in the Eagle Alliance (in Times 52).
Provinia - TIBs (Drassa), Rimmon Musketeers (Rimmon, Greyfell), the Lords of the Crown (Yellowleaf, Harn), Tanstagi League (Harn), Bandits (Port Aurnos), the Jackal Alliance (Port Aurnos) Note: The Rimmon Musketeers are at war with the Lords of the Crown. There has been conflict reported in Bandit territory between the Bandits and the Southern Ossicus Alliance. The Lords of the Crown are also at war with PLATO.
Camaris - Crimson Dragons, Republic of South Camaris, and PLATO Note: The Lords of the Crown have reportedly invaded PLATO territory on Camaris.
Krussos - Eastern Krussos Factions and the Northern Lights Alliance Note: The Eastern Krussos Factions have recently announced a policy of attacking any unauthorized visitors to their territory.
Atala - Rimmon Musketeers and the Atalan Coalition Note: The Musketeers have announced a victory over a raiding party on Atala. This may be related to their war with the Lords of the Crown.
Ormos - TIBs, Banquo's Ghost, and an unnamed group on the western end.
Tollus - TIBs and the Southwest Tollus Company
Ferenth - Frogs and Hedgehogs and Crabs (oh my!) Note: Information on Ferenth is very dated, but indicated a conflict between these groups.
Atnos - The Greater Northern Atnos Traders and an unnamed group on southern Atnos Note: Conflict was reported between these two groups in Times 88.
Ossicus - The Guardian Federation and the Southern Ossicus Alliance
Cipheria - TIBs and the House of Lords
Cragstan - The House of Lords
Camaris Island - PLATO Note: The Lords of the Crown have reportedly invaded PLATO territory on Camaris. The conflict may involve Camaris Island.

All men recognize the right of revolution; that is, the right to refuse allegiance to, and resist, the government, when its tyranny or its inefficiency are great and unendurable. -- Henry David Thoreau, "Civil Disobedience", 1849

Rumors: One bald philosopher panicks. Two birds take a look. Three groups unknown appear on the scene. Four wizards die. Five castles in five months fall. Six Lords merge their chains. Seven elite guards grimace. Eight elite archers stand behind (we're not cowards!). Nine mines dry up. Ten trade routes are stopped.
Happy holidays.
The Vulture Speaks:
The LotC have shown to have little regard for trust and treaties but great Sherlock Holmes like intuitive powers. They are near me now and I fear this may be my last writing. I have been a fool and a shameless coward. I speak ill of others and encourage attacks upon them. I, as well I'm sure most of you am glad that this will all soon be over.
From a carrion eater's perspective:
May my own flesh keep my friends well fed.
The Vulture.
Bahh...humbug!!
Merry Christmass to all!
...and to all a good night!
What will we do...attack? or look for peace? It is up to you my good foe...
Nothing so certainly evokes fears of betrayal and war in others than does a statement of peaceful intent.
