In this now quiet land of Olympia, the despots rule.  It is
a dark time for the rebellion, and not a few of the formerly
steadfast have fled the tyranny & destruction that inhabit the land.

But a few still resist:  still unconquered, still defiant, &
plotting & planning to make the rulers remember, that they rule
not unchallenged, & not yet victorious.

Fear not my friends that the AOO hath won.  They have not.  In
time, they will rue the day they put foot on Ossicus, the land
of the free.

                                 Rumors



        Money I need money!



     In case you haven't heard, certain factions of the AOO have set
   out to complete their dominance of the world and are systematicly
   destroying all other factions. They are capable of bringing
   thousands of dragons to your castle via the nearest graveyard or
   faery hill.

     If you stay in your castle, your nobles will merely be taken
   and their NPs absorbed into the AOO juggernaut. Better to run and
   keep moving to make yourself harder to hit. No one can stand
   against them in a straight fight, but they can't beat us in a
   guerilla action.

     All who would fight against the evil AOO menace should read (or
   re-read) the "Book of 5 Things", published in the turn 130 issue of
   the Olympia Times.

     More info and advice will come later. Don't give up.
